The Website is operated by Fula Governance Association ("FGA"), an association organized under the laws of Switzerland, which took over this Website following the dissolution of Functionland Inc on September 9, 2026.

The Website is an informational resource operated by FGA. It provides general information about the Fula network, the FULA token and FEC NFTs, and about FxBlox storage hardware and the FxBlox and FxFiles apps, which were originally developed by Functionland Inc. The Website does not constitute:

• An offer to sell or solicitation to buy any tokens, securities, or financial instruments
• Investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
• A guarantee or promise of any returns, rewards, or income
• A representation or warranty regarding any third-party product, service, platform or network referenced on this Website

3. Operator of this Website

This Website is operated by FGA, which took it over following the dissolution of Functionland Inc on September 9, 2026. FGA is responsible for the Fula network, the FULA token and its treasury, and FEC NFTs.

FxBlox storage hardware and the FxBlox and FxFiles applications described on this Website were designed, built and sold by Functionland Inc, an independent Canadian company, before that date. Information about those products is retained on this Website for reference. FGA has not assumed, and does not assume, any liabilities, obligations, warranties, guarantees or product-support commitments of Functionland Inc in respect of those products.

Through this Website, FGA does not:

• Provide custodial services for any digital assets
• Act as a financial intermediary, broker, or exchange
• Make investment decisions on behalf of any user
• Offer or solicit the purchase of any token, security or financial instrument

4. Fula Governance Association

FGA is an association organized under the laws of Switzerland. FGA is solely responsible for all matters relating to:

• The FULA token, including issuance, distribution, and treasury management
• NFT issuance and management
• Network governance and protocol decisions
• Investor and partner relations
• Regulatory compliance relating to tokens and digital assets

Any mention of the FULA token, NFTs, or the Fula network on this Website is informational only and relates to matters governed by FGA. For information about the Fula network, the FULA token, NFTs, staking, governance or grants, visit fula.network. Users must conduct their own independent due diligence regarding FGA and any associated tokens, assets, or investments.

All matters relating to the FULA token, NFTs, network governance, staking, and investor relations are likewise governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Products purchased from Functionland Inc before September 9, 2026 were at that time governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FGA regarding your use of the Website.
